    JBL recone to 2245

    Good Morning
    My Question : Can I recone a 2241 to 2245?

    Hello speakermaker;

    One cannot make a 2241 into a 2245. The top motor plate to basket spacing is different so that the voice coil of the 2245 kit would not reach the center of the gap in the motor of the 2241.
