JBL 2380+2445 and JBL 4507+2226 Plan

I am looking to build a two-way system using JBL horns and woofers for home use.

For the high frequency, I am looking to use JBL 2380 horns with JBL 2445 drivers. 2445 could be replaced by 2446.

For the low frequency, I am looking to use JBL 4507 boxes (built by third party) with 2226 woofers.

At the beginning, I am going to use an active crossover and two power amplifiers (for horns and woofers). Eventually, maybe I can build or buy a passive crossover. Shall I 16ohm versions or 8ohm version? Or 8ohm for woofers and 16ohm for horns? or the other way around?

I could upgrade step by step for horns if I am happy with it. Maybe I can upgrade to TAD 4001 wooden horns and TAD drivers.

I definitely don't want a three-way system with a pair of super tweeters.

Here are a few concerns:
1. Crossover frequency at 550hz possible? Will the 15-inch 2226 woofer match well with this horn/driver combination or any resaonably sized horn/driver combination?
2. Do I lose a lot of sound above 10K hz?
3. How difficult will any passive crossover be? Is there any ready-made ones?
5. Lastly, will the system JBL 2380+2445 and JBL 4507+2226 sound good or reasonably audiophile?

You may suggest changing parts, say 2385 for 2380, or 2441 for 2446.
