    Quadrex Foam

Is anyone out there selling Quadrex foam? Just bought a set of L110's and would like to replace the grills. Or is anyone in the biz of doing this custom work still?

Ebay has a seller with L100 foam inserts. I've never seen L110 reproductions - foam or other wise.

so recently I picked up a Teac microphone from the late 60's. The foam windsock
is supple and seems it will last even longer, so .......

why did JBL's foam grilles disintegrate ? It can't be because they were sonically transparent.
The mics had to be even more transparent.

do tweets generate HEAT that screws up their foams. Mine looked like charred briquets.
