    Question Old vinyl

I am moving. Need to clear out. My Dad left me a record collection. 3 cartons of 33 1/3, a few smaller boxes of 78s and a box of 7" 45 and 33 1/3. Nothing newer than mid 80s.

The 7"s include Les Paul, Lenny Dee, Del Wood, Kay Starr, Nelson Riddle, Hugo Winterhalter, Doris Day, etc

In the 33 1/3 I found an original Shure Audio Obstacle Course LP. I recognized it. Do you?

I just hate to put it all into the blue recycle bin. There has to be some person or organization that would take them. All I ask for is shipping.

Pretty sure that a music lover here can help. Hopefully not to resell ;-)

If nothing else take them to the Salvation Army. I have picked up a couple of records from my local shop over the years. There is a lot of chaff in the old record bin there but at least there is a chance a few will land in someone's hands that will use them.

It turned out to be 278 lbs of vinyl and 100 lbs of sheet music and books (heavily Hammond based). A fellow gun club member knew the head of the San Bernardino Symphony Orchestra. They took it all. The sheet music goes into their library. The vinyl is auctioned off at fund raising events.
