To start, I have only had the pleasure to hear a Paragon once when I was a teen and it was placed dead center along the long wall of a very large room.
It made an impressive sound in mono with various jazz albums playing.

However, I have heard several corner loaded horns in the past. I have also heard some "omni" dispersing speakers (Decware) which expand the listening area and depth of presentation dramatically.
I am intrigued by the Paragon. Thinking of a life where one would load each corner of a fairly large room in a stereo system with a modern Paragon in each corner. I always thought the Paragon type of design would make a great Corner loading system. The dispersion might widen the ever present "sweet spot" with modern drivers.

Obviously, build it more solidly and brace the places that need it ...

Anyone else ever thought about doing this? Using Modern drivers? Modern electronics and power?

We could end up with one widely dispersing speaker system, reinforced by the corners of a large room with a very large listening area.

Any thoughts?
