EARLY D131 - from 2439 Fletcher Drive, Los Angeles?

I found this early, 16-ohm D131 driver at an estate sale and was wondering if it was from the 2439 Fletcher Drive, Los Angeles production facility. It does not have the "Signature" logo on the back of the driver, so it predates them.

DCR measurement shows an open voice coil, unfortunately, but I am trying to get it repaired at Solutions in Los Angeles.
