Hi friends,
I tested a vintage SA600 integrated amp, and found sound from the left channel very weak, compared to the normal right channel. I would say 3 (left) vs 10(right), with the volume set at the same level. Maybe electrolytic capacitors are failing somewhere on the circuit board or some other causes like bias on the outputs? Before I drop it at the tech shop for check and repair, I'd like to get your diagnosis(?) or opinion on this issue. Given this unit was produced in 1965, service should be in order, of course. Except for this issue, it still sounds wonderful.
