Internal wiring for 3-way speaker

I'm building a three-way speaker and have some questions about how similar projects have handled the wiring of the midrange. My build consists of 2235H, 2123H, and SEOS-12 with Denovo Audio DNA-360 compression drivers.

The 2123H is enclosed in it's own box. I'm debating between:

• Drilling two holes in the back just large enough to accommodate the chosen wiring, and caulking them closed; then, that wire runs to the bottom of the cabinet.

A similar arrangement exists for the horn and compression driver, which I'm isolating inside its own box from the 2235.

On a related note: how is everyone securing the speaker wires running inside the cabinet? I don't want these vibrating with the 2235. I know that the fiberglass insulation would eliminate most banging against the cabinet edging, but I have curved sides in this design with holes in the curved bracing through which the wires will pass, and don't want these banging against the holes.

I've never needed anything beyond a loose wire-pair twist and gravity assisted routing, but you could use something like this for mental assurance, keeping the pairs separate (I would -not- suggest the stick-on cable tie mounts... the often lose their grip over time):
