No, the first one made it OK. That's why I decided to keep it instead of holding out for the 1500FEs, the subsequent 1501FE was the damaged driver.

I have a second pair of 435AL drivers, I paid $309 ea and would sell them for the same as a pair only- they are unused. Not sure what shipping would run to Iceland, but they are not very heavy.

I did not win the auction for the 4348 speakers
they did go for more than 5300 USD with a defect 435Al driver

No it doesn't.

That driver uses a neodymium magnet.

The "AL" suffix, refers to it's aluminum diaphragm.

Wrong again, it is common knowledge that "AL" refers to the name of the engineer who designed the driver.

I think at 435AL use the same diaphragm as 2431h with out aquaplas coating
435Al-1 have diaphragm coated with aquaplas
