Hi!
I just wanna ask if it's damaging the speaker, if you touch the subwoofers on the side.
I'm questioning myself that, because it is waterproof and in water there would be resistance.
Thanks

No flames meant, but this site is more Vintage JBL gear, its not the factory support site ...
I did Google and the ad picture seems to show the Charge 3 is ok with water ...
Personally, I have no idea whatsoever.
My JBL subwoofer is 18 inch -
I keep it away from water tho ...

Guide indicates those are passive radiators (not active drivers)
on the sides, so briefly/gently touching them should not pose an issue.
Pushing hard, as with almost any speaker/radiator, will almost certainly cause damage.
That it will survive 1m deep underwater for up to 30min is... surprising.
As noted, this isn't JBL/Harman, but a fan site, so responses are quite
often personal opinion (such as what I stated above).
I have one of the tabletop Onyx units that is entertaining for what it is.
My daughter has a Charge or Flip or something... sounds better than I expected
(not setting the bar very high). Not the kind of thing that gets discussed much here.
