Presumably Daphne Oram has been far ahead of time. Maybe she should have met some psychodelic musicians instead of The Who, Mick Jagger and The Beatles.

That's the truth! Anyone who preceeded Stockhausen could have influenced many if they had visibility, but it was a man's World. If only very young Frank Zappa had met her. Or John Cage.

I wonder if any of those tape decks still exist. There is a small army of fans of vintage Ampex and Studer decks that pay big money to have them restored to spec. But are there any Reeves aficionados left? Rudy Van Gelder was an early adoptor.
