    4350's

    Hi all, if I i sell my 4350's should I get the Everest?

    You could but you will need to add at least 3 times what you sold it for!! If you find someone to buy it!

    That's the direction I am headed. The big DD's are truly amazing.

    The 4350's have more to give if you go all active and really get them tuned well but by the time you buy a top tier eight channel DSP system and the requisite amps, you are nearing the cost of the big DD's if you include the proceeds from sell of the 4350's.

    In my experience there is only one tiny thing the Everest's give up to the 4350's and that is balls out dynamics of having a 12 mid bass/midrange driver.

    From my experience with 4350s and my DIY 4355s, that 12" mid bass driver is seriously kick ass with some music. That said, I'm not sure a properly set up and powered pair of E2s can't keep up in this regard.

    I certainly won't contest that statement. The majority of my DD experience has been at you house and your long term experience surely trumps mine.
