    Just checking in.

    I haven't been posting for a while and wanted to touch base. I have attached the system that I have been listening to for awhile. After the New Years I am knocking down a wall to make a large Man Cave/Home Theater. This has been on my bucket list for some time. I have a pair of 2360/2446 horns and a projector with a 10' screen and most of the pictured equipment and speakers shown.

    I'm restricted to my bedroom for all of my audio adventures. If it will not fit in there - tough luck! My beloved wife would faint if I suggested intruding into the living room with "that junk," as she calls it. So, I feel lucky to have my little sleeping abode with "junk" stacked along the walls.

    You have an impressive bunch of equipment there. Keep us posted during your expansion project. For guys like me, we get to dream vicariously through your efforts!

    Glad things are going well, Don. I was digging through old threads the other day and saw a post of yours and wondered how you were doing.

    Thanks for checking in!

    (Don is the reason I got involved in this list in the first place. He posted a link to a pair of L150A for sale in his area and when I responded he went with me to have a look at them.)

    So how is your Shepherd liking life in Florida?

    Thanks for the welome!

    The current set up is;

    4645c, 20-80hz, Yamaha P7000 @ 700 watts
    2226 and E120 in 4cu'/1cu', 80-300hz/300-1000hz, Yamaha P7000/Yamaha P5000@500 watts (There will be 2 boxes per side)
    2426H on 2346 horn. This is a JBL 4660a with the horn flipped in the cabinet, the 2226H is not used, 1000hz-10,000hz, Yamaha P3500@350 watts
    1" pine board hinged with a 2405H that can be adjusted for angle, 10,000hz and up Crown D75@ 40 watts.

    I use a DBX Drive Rack PA, and Behringer Ultra Drive and Ultra Curve, to split everything up and make adjustments.

    I used Drew Daniels, too much is just enough thinking in planning this. The end result will be a large home Theater and listening room.

    Poor old Otto enjoyed several years of retirement with me but he passed at 13 years old a year ago. The AKC web site scale had him a 103 years in human terms for his breed and size, so he got a good ride for his ticket.

    I'm sorry to hear about Otto's passing, though I know he lived a full life.

    I lost my Kuvasz "Bear" many years ago. He'd spent every day at work with me at the BMW Porsche Audi store for over nine-years and had been a great companion to our first two kids. He was having health issues at the end and his quality of life wasn't the best, making him irritable and a bit unpredictable around kids who just wanted to hug him like a teddy bear when he really wanted to be left alone. My vet said Bear really wasn't happy, and recommended putting him out of his misery. It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. Now we remember only the good times.

    Glad to hear you're doing well and still enjoying listening to music!
