Nice! That tweeter always bothered me too. That's a beautiful looking tweeter. I have the Kevlar Focals in my desktop speakers and am quite happy with them.
Maybe some Nyloc nuts instead of lock washers.... Otherwise, looking good!

Is that a mobile audio tweeter? I'm not too familiar with Focal drivers.
