    JBL supplied woofers for some Fender amps, some of them even have Fender badging:

    To be clear, the D130F was not a woofer, it was a 15" full-range guitar speaker. The D140F was the 15" bass guitar speaker in that series.

    Thanks for the info. I still don't think I want these in my listening room. What would I want for woofers? Altec woofers are way more expensive than Jbl. I don't know why. I wonder if Barry would have some Jbl 2220's I could buy. Just wondering

    Jbl 4560

    I've had both, neither of which were ever exactly stock. My 4560's had little 4" kicks put under them to increase the volume and were fit with 416-8B's. I liked the 4560's better than the A7.

    Rather than look for cabinets I'd suggest building. But that said: if someone just had to have theater cabinets, mine now belong to someone else and could most likely be had at a good price. They are in a Reno NV warehouse and came out of Oakland CA's Grand Lake theater many years ago.

    No vested interest ... just sayin

    I have 4 2220a 16 ohm speakers I'd be willing to let go. i live in Ontario Canada.
