L300 owner survey: Where do you set your L-Pads?

I've seen some L300's for sale with the L-Pads set at what to me are pretty bizarre positions. The two pair I've bought were set at what I consider unlistenable positions. I'm just curious where other L300 owners have theirs set. Here's how I have mine set:

Presence: flat
Brilliance - 1 dB

I have my presence at approx -0.5db and Brilliance is flat. I'm running an Emotiva Fusion 8100 with a two XPA-100 mono-blocks (250 wpc)
