D140F date

I took the back off of my Fender VT bassman 2x15 cab today to do some maintence and it has two JBL D140F's. The serial numbers are 32100 and 33085 can anybody date these?

Greetings from Hood Canal;

Late '60's to mid to late 70's I think. The D140F was specifically made for that amp I remember correctly ( a dubious proposition at best ) . Sunn also used that driver in the famous 200S bass amp. I wish I still had mine.
