    Jbl l 110

    Hi, everybody!

I've just become a new member of "audioheritage" community. I have been looking for JBL L 110 woofer - Alnico LE 111A.
I bought a pair of those speakers in 1981. Some years ago a woofer was changed but not with an original one, though still a JBL woofer. I was advised to try finding an original Alnico LE 111 A. No chance so far, especially not in Europe.

    Any idea?

    Best regards
    Dragan

You might keep an eye out for the LE111H which I believe is what the L110A came with, or the LE10H-1 which is what JBL recomends as replacments for both the L110 and L110A if exact replacements cannot be found. Make sure to buy in pairs unless you can find a single LE111A.

What woofer was used as a replacement?
". . . as you have no doubt noticed, no one told the 4345 that it can't work correctly so it does anyway."—Greg Timbers

    Hi Dragan!

    Welcome to Lansing Heritage.

I just happen to have some LE10H's.

These are new JBL cone kits in E110 baskets. White cone with gray surrounds.

If that could help you let me know.

    All the best,
    Barry.

Cool epay? Ask, and there they are...

Look kinda mistreated, but perhaps the shipping would not be too bad.

    Thanks and best regards

    Hello Dragen;

I will get pictures in a day or so.

Also, I think a friend of mine may have some real JBL C8RLE111A cone kits. If he still does we could buy the beater LE111a's on the bay and build them. That would give you exactly what you really want right?

What might be a problem is that would get you in nearly $500.00 USD plus shipping.

I have not checked on shipping to Slovenia. I have to imagine its possible.

I can help with the translation/transaction if needed.
