    Did you put that "wet look" product on the cones? I thought about doing that to mine, but it's been so long that I probably never will. But it looks good.

    That was done for me when they built up the four drivers, had my reservations but in the end I thought it was a great idea. The boxes will be at the bottom of the stacks and it protects them. Try to clean foreign matter off a paper driver...the coating is controversial. so much behind those boxes and so much help from hard core pros. I feel lucky being around those guys.

    I couldn't help notice how shinny the cones are. Did you get aftermarket recone kits? If so, how do thy sound?

    The cabinets are Apogee. They are the nicest I ever laid eyes on, refinished them . The cones have a protective coating that was done for me, at first I was hesitant but it made more sense over time. As for the sound, have not heard them yet, one more to do. They were swept at the shop and they are solid to 24 and they drop off fast after that.
