    Have your wife take a pic with you standing beside them so we can get a perspective. They look nice.

    Here is how I solved the vhf mounting problem. I could have made a metal bracket and secured it too the top of the cabs but I did not like that, if left a great deal of weight at the rear of the driver unsupported so I made a small fir bracket and glued it to the support of the bottom of the dog house. I have some 1x3's to install on the sides and the rear and that will be the end of that. I can't install the ones on the back until I get the network and see how wide they need to be.

    My wife is of the opinion that I am too ugly to be featured on the Internet, so here are the dimensions;

    36” wide (left to right)
    55” high (top to bottom)
    Top of speaker is at 64” measured from the floor in that picture.

    Vahe, is that a quarter inch TRS jack next to the UHF? Very cool looking system. I wouldn't call it ugly!

    on second thought, I guess it's an LPad.

    I got my custom foilcals from the guys in Italy and sourced some thin Aluminum for them, it can be cut with a paper cutter. If anybody needs some I have extra.

    I was thinking of doing same with my L300 labels I got from him, but I can't come up with a way to cut the perfect 5/8 inch diameter holes perfectly spaced 2 and 1/4 inches apart. Years ago I used to use a chassis punch die to put holes in thicker aluminum, but I'm stumped on doing it with scissor thin sheets. Any ideas? Thanks.

    I used a drill press W/1/2in drill very slowly and put them in a vice and used a small 1/2 round file to clean the holes up.

    Thanks. Are the finished diameters of the holes in your labels also 5/8 inch and are you doing this with the labels already attached to the aluminum sheet?

    Yes 5/8. I did the first one not attached and the second one attached. No difference is labor.

    I have some hole cutters called Rotabroach, they are similar to hole saws but no tooth set and a lot wider cutting tooth. Anyway, they make clean holes in thin metal - but you need a whole set up to make 'em go.

    Paint

    Painted, two coats of primer, two coats of JBL blue. I was going to install walnut strips on the inside edge of the cabs but I hardly ever have the grill off so I decided to save some effort and painted them.
