As soon as I get the baffles cut out I am going to make a jig for the Dog House and cut that out then I am going to install the toe kick on the bottom then make sure the dog house fits correctly but before I glue that in place I am going to assemble the top, sides and baffle and glue the crap out of them then I will slip the Dog house into place and the rest is pretty easy except for making the fronts those are not that easy to make.

I am looking for that too and found some on Ebay but have not ordered any , I couldn't get any of them to measure the thickness of the aluminum. All they would say is "it's very thin"

Aesthetically, I like the ocarina-look of the one on the left.

I think (a dangerous pastime, I know) I'd avoid putting a port at an obvious peak/null node
in-cabinet, which this probably does when the doghouse is considered.

On close examination I see what you mean and the other is going to be directly below the dog house so probably number one or two and more than likely number two

Lol, on my phone they appear in vertical sequence, so the top one was "left" for me earlier.

will you be using 6 vents or 2 vents version (like 4355?), if it's the second case, you should call them 4356

The middle pic shares the same symmetry as the 3 ea ports in the "original".

The front badges on my 4350's are 0.033" thick. Is this what you are after or the foilcal's on the baffle?

    Barry.
If we knew what the hell we were doing, we wouldn't call it research would we.
