DC Architecture rips off the Everest DD55000

Pretty amazing, Emma does work as a pastor, chaplain, etc - and last week she went to visit an inmate at St Elizabeth's Hospital in DC.
I drive her there and ... what do I see but a building based on JBL design!!

I want to know what they use as a driver for that horn - and what kind of power amp is behind it!

    HA!

If that was a horn even Tom Danley would be impressed!

    Barry.
If we knew what the hell we were doing, we wouldn't call it research would we.

Heck Heather, aren't you in Fairfax County, home of the "Toilet Bowl" building?

    And then there's this one:

". . . as you have no doubt noticed, no one told the 4345 that it can't work correctly so it does anyway."—Greg Timbers

Saint Elizabeth's Hospital is in SouthEast Washington (not Fairfax) -
tho some of the buildings there date back to the Civil Was era, and many are boarded up,
its a HUGE piece of real estate in a bad part of town, waiting renewal ...

Maybe the horn was some kind of Early Warning System, built back in the cold war days ...

    Hilarious.

All that building needs is something round built into the front/side that looks a high frequency slot tweeter!
