Is there an interest here for such a thing?
    Hi POS
Sounds very interesting. Though I also own 2 DCX2496 it would be nice if I could use one of those for my M2 clone project. Im interested to take advantage of your findings regarding using this crossover for an M2 type of speaker

And yes, they fit perfect in the M2 WG as they are 30mm x 30mm. :-) . About 3mm thick

I also found two pairs of M2 adapters in the shop that I had forgotten :-) . 50 Euros per adapter + shipping.

These fit all 1,5" JBL drivers, dual bolt patterns. They are made in Aircraft alu so they are reasonable light to keep shipping cost down.

    Merry Christmas

    RoB,

Are all the badges spoken for? The ones with the orange color would be awesome on my big blue JBL-inspired diy speakers.

Here are the one I have left. Small are 30x30mm and larger 30x40mm. I have only 3 pairs of the larger ones. About 3mm thick. PM with needs :-) .

I will try to get more of the black/White 30x30mm next week.

    Kind regards

According to rumours JBL have stopped selling M2 parts without valid M2 serial, so there's a chance they will not be avilable very much longer

None of the parts show up on the pro service site amymore, not even the 2216.

Glad I got all mine! Anyone who didn't might be out of luck.

If we knew what the hell we were doing, we wouldn't call it research would we.

Just picked up my waveguides two days ago, a local shop ordered them for me and they took three weeks to come in. Last parts I need are the 2216.
