    I felt I really had to up my woodworking game to make something worthy of the design and the money I spent on all these quality parts. I'm truly relieved it all worked out.

    Aaron, outstanding!!!!! Your speaker looks like it camefrom the JBL Synthesis line up. Amazing job on your build!

    To bad JBL is not allowing the procurement of the raw materials as they did just a few short months the ago.

    Your build was part of my inspiration for sure.

    I ended up buying a lot of special tools to make building such big boxes in a precise manner possible. The cost of all this stuff probably undermined the point (value) of my DIY project...in the end it may have cost me more to build them than to buy them.

    I suppose I should build more stuff now that I have the tools to do so...so I guess PM me if you have the parts and want something made.

    Thanks again for the kind words everyone, that bit comparing my M2s to the Synthesis line feels good.

    What sort of tools did you have to buy for to be able to build such a beautiful speakers? Im in the position to start my own DiY M2 project soon
