JBL 2416 Genuine?

I've just about to replace four 2416 Diaphragms in some Sound Power Series 4716 European Cabs. One was blown and the other three all sounded different to each other. Distorted, low volume and lacking top end. Just wondering from the pics of one of the drivers if it's genuine. The top cap seems genuine with a date stamp of 88. I assume the date of manufacture 1988. The one in the pic is open circuit.

It looks original to me, I also had 4716's in past.

Though the coil looks bent, maybe it was rubing which could cause distortion and lower sound pressure.

One of the crossover ceramic resistors was dead across the woofer which seemed to affect the top end which might explain the lack of top end in the cab. There must be some sort of eq applied to the compression drivers.
