    Help with crossover

    Hi,

New to this forum. I have searched the forum but have not found anything about this setup:

Iīm in the building process of a pair of loudspeakers. Each speaker will have as follow:

    1 pcs of GPA 416-8c
    1 pcs of GPA 902-8a

I will not use the traditional B511 horn. Instead I will use a waveguide called Seos-15 (http://www.horns-diy.pl/seos15.html)

My enclouse will be built like the Viso 4-8-5 (http://digilander.libero.it/stevevis...85e.html#cassa)

Any suggestions how the filters should look like with the waveguide? I woud like to have the benefit to adjust the H.F level on the crossover.

    Best regards
    J

    Hi ljungberg,

I think that only -6dB/oct network would not be enough secure solution for the VHF driver, so I would suggest to start from the ALTEC solution

Does anyone have a complete scheme how a 604 duplex filter looks like?

I recieved my drivers and woofers today. I Went for Altec Lansing 802-8g drivers and 416-8a woofers.

The GPA elements was to expensive to ship.

The previous owner didnīt like the model 19 filter and prompted for a duplex filter instead. Any comments about that?
