How about a napkin sketch of your floor plan... it would help in getting an idea of scale and orientation.

Tvs kinda far from the wall its a rear projection 3dtv so im looking for a thin > 7 lcd to push
every thing back, and rid the cumbersome tv stand just a basic bech should do,
I have been hunting the blue police line do not cross wood horse I think it make a decent stand for a thin tv.
How far away from the wall should the speaks sit as well, does it matter?

Try to speak in clear, crisp sentences with no words or letters left out -
you communicate much better, and we will be more inclined to help.
    Punctuation helps too - end a Q with a ?, for instance...
otherwise - not so smart, Alec.

My home system - 70 inch TV - Its bolted to the wall directly - the bottom of set is maybe 42 inches from the floor.
Its best when the speakers all use the same (or similar) drivers - the sound is more consistent around the room.
Try and place your speakers all at the same height - put them so the tweeters are at ear level when you are seated.
