Just the MOTU Traveler (has a few mic pre's built in), and some older stuff (firewire era).
Used it for recording live big-band gigs off of a large Mackie mixer
as well as severely under-utilizing it's capabilities for speaker measurements with FuzzMeasure.

This one (16a) certainly looks flexible for live or recording multi-track situations.
What were you interested in using it for?

    The Theater!!

Looking to have more than 8 analog outputs from my computer so I can do all of the processing in the digital realm like EQ, crossovers and the like.

This unit seems to be one of the first ones (along with the UA Apollo) with this many analog outs.

Hmm... they sound good enough to me at higher sample rates,
but seems like you'd be buying a lot more capability than needed

My problem is I have yet to find any other USB/Thunderbolt/Firewire interface with more than 8 analog outputs as well as all digital inputs to be driven by a computer.

I wish I could afford a couple of the new Crown DCI series 8 ch amps, then I would only need to run AVB networking from my Mac Mini and Jriver. Hooking all your gear up via CAT5e/6 cable! That would be ultra cool!!

You're probably keeping an eye on latency as well as audio performance then
(keeping video sync'd to audio) when comparing units.
    Less important in audio-only applications.

Doesn't look like the minidsp folks are offering quite what you're after...

Being a network admin and having my own 10Gbe network in my home, I just love all the things that come out to run on IP networks and the ease and configurability of these devices.

AVB is really just QoS (and underlying CoS) done right for audio and video in the TCP/IP world and then on top of all that the Crown DCI amps have all of that really cool DSP built in!!

I have a MiniDSP 10 10 but it still requires analog inputs.
