It looks like something from those cheap JBL SF/RX/JRX series.
That is called selling out. It is what happens when shareholders and beancounters are held with more regard than the quality of the products.

Its sad to see the company go down hill like this. But its the sign of the times.
I don't believe it is a sign of the times. There are some great companies about the place that make very good products. Porsche, Ferrari, Mesa Boogie haven't taken the easy path to make the quick buck. If they did that they would have to compete with Asia and as well all know, companies that try that are usually doomed to failure.
