    Studer A820

    Hi All,
This is me first posting on the forum I only joined yesterday.
I have a chance to get an immaculate Studer A820 half track recorder and my question would it be any good in a domestic system
the system is as follows Burmester 808 MK5 preamp, 2 Burmester 911 MK3 power amps, EMT Franz 928 deck Studer D730 CD PLAYER and a pair of Rodgers LS5 8 monitors.
I would also really like to get a pair of JBL 4343's Ive had a lot of JBL speakers in the past, great gear [some of my favourite if truth be known].
    Regards,
    Raymond.

Yes. Half track uses tape at a prodigious rate though, and be sure to use it tails out so that the tape will flatpack. Beautiful machine.
    KEEP ON LISTENING!
