Jensen Ultra Bass

I have been given a pair of Ultra Bass cabinets built by a craftsman from the original Jensen plans. The cutout on the front baffle, which is fixed, is for a sixteen-inch driver. I would like to use them with LE15As. There is currently a twelve-inch driver in the hole, mounted from behind on a board. I would like to operate the speaker without grill cloth, and am soliciting the Forum for ideas that would yield a more presentable appearance. Sorry Chef, it looks like the picture file is still on your computer where we can't see it.
As a generic answer, if you don't want cloth, you could cover the front of the cab with wood veneer.
