I believe that's the same tweeter as used in the LX-series. You can usually find a complete pair of LX22 for less than $30 USD and just harvest the tweeters. I also see the tweeters used on Ebay for around $30-each.

There's also a thread here from Fred Sanford about the non-JBL replacement for the 026Ti tweeter offered by Simply Speakers for around $30:

I suspect you'd be time and money ahead if you just had a glass shop custom cut a new piece of glass, or two.
