I'm certain you will get plenty of help when the time comes. When do you get your boxes ?
How did that work out anyway , I thought you had lost on bids at the final. Did you place a reserve bid ?
Well done anyway , you are in for quite a journey.

By the way these days armed with the suitable files you could 3Dprint those throats.

I think I wrote in an other thread but here's what happend... It's a long way for me to Hornslet so I was planning to buy 3xK2 for HT and a pair of E2 for hifi. The K2 went too high and I bid on 5-6 E2 cabinets without winning so I gave up. Later the day I found out that a friend also had bid and ended up with several cabinets so I talked to him and reserved a pair from him Hopefully they arrive next weekend or so..

3D print would be an alternative to CNC, but it all depends on CAD files.

    Hi

    Our forum member GUIDO

has got very good results using Radian 951PB with Truextent Be diaphragms applying horn like JBL H9800

    http://www.usspeaker.com/radian%20951Bepb-1.htm

so may be that would be one possible solution for VHF driver in Your box, if the availability of the 476Be become (almost) impossible.

I've heard from others that JBL 2450BE sound better than Radian BE.. I also can't get of my mind useing D2 driver, they probably need to be HP crossed higher than 2450BE but maybe they sound better at the top in a 2-way?

How would dual E145 work in this application?

Ive read somewere that some people actually prefered the K2 without the UHF, maybe a lone 476Be/Mg would suffice? According to the xo of the Everest the UHF seems to lift the response above 18kHz.

    Hi
I believe that you are talking about 2450-1.5 (original 2450SL).
It would be interesting to be seen the behavior of the D2430K with H66000 horn,
as it is quite different shape then the M2 Horn.

Please show us the results, on-axis and off-axis response without the EQ first.
The behavior of the BMS 4590/92 (coaxial VHF&UHF) would be interesting too.

When I say 2450BE I mean 2450SL (1,5" version) but With Truextent Litteraly the same as 2451 but With different boltpattern.

I agree that BMS coax could be very interesting! Haven't thinked about coax for a while, but maybe Worth considering... but no beryllium
