    Looking for a 3-ch amp

I'm looking for a 3-ch amp. 5-ch would be acceptable. But the caveat is that it has to be no more than 6" high and should offer ~200WPC at 8u. So far all I've really found is the older models from Carver.

    Suggestion?

Electrocompaniet AW 3x123-M kind of fits the bill, but 120W of class A power is less than what you're looking for.

Easier to find would be a trio of Marantz MA700 monoblocks. 200W@8ohms, 300W@4ohms, 146mm tall.
    I control the treble.
    I control the bass.

Wouldn't be a reliable recommendation if I did

They pop up now and then on eBay. Proximity helps
as most amps in this category are pretty heavy.

An Acurus A200X3 fits that description. American made and reliable. I happen to have one for sale. I only stopped using it because I went with an active crossover setup and wanted XLR connectors.
