The closest I could think of would be the 033, but you'd never mistake it for a black 066 if only because of the exposed screw heads.

Yes, I think so.
At least I have a pair of the black faced ones in my stash, bought from a forum member. To be honest, I haven't even opened the package yet, so couldn't tell you if they are factory original or not.
