Cable Manufacturer Morrow Audio Lures "the kids" With Used Records!

    https://www.analogplanet.com/content...s-used-records

Cable manufacturer Morrow Audio recently opened a used record store on a busy Florence, Kentucky highway. 30,000 cars pass the store daily.

According to Mike Morrow, "Records are a hot commodity right now among young people. The age range of those purchasing the most records are between 20 and 35. What we did was open a used record store (as well as move our cable production there)

I sure hope Santa brings me some Black Diamond Cartridge Compliance Crystals ($295.00)

The Black Diamond Cartridge Compliance Crystals come as a set of six (three different weights, two each) so you can select different combinations to achieve the mass you want to add to your arm. Simply put the crystals on your head shell, reset your tracking force and listen. Your system (especially the low-end) will come to life – all the while staving off the interference that’s been veiling the potential of your audio system. It’s an incredible improvement to any turntable-based audio system!

    Product Description

The Black Diamond Cartridge Compliance Crystal Kit makes it possible to easily match your turntable arm and cartridge with the integrated benefits of Black Diamond technology. Most analog enthusiasts know that a tonearm and cartridge must be matched, meaning that you’ve got to deal with the resonance frequency between the two. While there are complicated equations for this, the best way is by ear!

Black Diamond Cartridge Compliance Crystals let you “match” a broader range of cartridges with your tonearm. These devices simultaneously add mass to your head shell and combat RFI and EMI at your ‘table-based system’s most critical point.

The Black Diamond Cartridge Compliance Crystals come as a set of six (three different weights, two each) so you can select different combinations to achieve the mass you want to add. Simply put the crystals on your head shell, reset your tracking force and listen. Your system (especially the low-end) will come to life – all the while staving off the interference that’s been veiling the potential of your audio system.

I read the following in a discogs ad ...

"This is a new, unsealed record. This is graded VG+ rather than Mint due to the lower sound quality of picture discs."

Have NEVER heard this before and it makes little sense to me. Anyone ??
