What do i have ???

Pulled these from a pair of old Knight speaker cabinets but they are obviously not the original equipment and i cannot find out for certain what the hell they are. Im thinking Eminence?? model number on the side is eps12-200cx but i googled my ass off last night and could not find a single thing on that number.
