YeeHaw! I'm happy for you Rich.

Those are amazing woofers, they make 2235's seem utterly weak by any comparison. It's too bad they are so damn hard to obtain. As expensive as they are, for serious effort systems I believe they are worth every cent.

    All the best,
    Barry.
If we knew what the hell we were doing, we wouldn't call it research would we.

I am very happy to help you to get 1500Al's again
So now when you have the right network for the 1500Al's you will have a very good sounding speakers

They are unweildly beasts to be sure, but they are also amazingly good too. I wish I'd kept a pair... but then I have 2.5 unfinished and potentially amazing DIY systems in storage as it is.

I'm sure you'll put them into a thing of beauty... keep us posted!

    Hi Rich,

    Thanks Mac,

I used the same principle for Guido's speakers ….. Thats a cool bit of kit ,but for what it cost I can cut enough parts for 3 pairs of speakers with CNC .

I also want the end grain ply finish .

    Hi Rich,

Thanks for showing some of your drawings and build plans. All I can think of is "Get thee behind me Satan". I doubt if this will help though, so I shall give you a call when we are back in the UK.

    George
