Parts Express gave me a transformer for my Dayton plate amp....

Well, I really like this 1,000 watt Dayton plate amp for its good subwoofer performance.... it has some massive kick which I am not able to duplicate with other amps such as a Crown, and Denon, ......!

Unfortunately, after 4 years it blew a power transformer and has been dead for several months.... Last week I called Parts Express to ask them if I had any options for repair..... they work on these units, here in the USA.

They sent me a transformer they had lying around for the cost of shipping - $23!

I was amazed...... I took the unit to my TV repair guy for installation and he says it now works! Wow; what service!
