    2405 Diaphrams

Alnico I replaced one of my LE85 horn diaphrams with a "jobber" aftermarket diaphram and it sounded "good" but in my opinion not nearly as "good" as the other LE85 horn with an original OEM JBL diaphram that's about 30 years old. I just ordered two (2) OEM JBL diaphrams from my local JBL Pro shop, they are much more expensive then the aftermarket but I'm sure the quality/sound will match the price, $225 (USD) each installed/warranteed. I recommend OEM JBL diaphrams for your 2405, believe they are about $100 (USD) each. With "reasonable" home use I doubt you will ever replace them again.
