How do I register on the Altec Users Board?

It says all of my email addresses are banned, even though I've never posted there. I even did the register with Facebook thing, which I don't like to do and that came up as banned. It sends me to a contact the adminitrator page for help, but you have to be registered to contact the administrator, or even search the forum. It's a classic catch 22. There are recent posts on the board so I know it's not dead.
