With the help of strong friends. I like using an appliance dolly too. It really helps.
And take you time. Plan your route and make sure you can make all your turn before you actually move them. Preparation is key.

I moved my 4345s down a winding stairway of the previous owner's house with a hand-truck, some straps, and a bunch of heavy cardboard to protect the edges.
I moved them into my house on a moving dolly from the local hardware store chain. Cost was about $20 USD:
