8" driver has a Synthesis 8 look about it... Would make a nice desktop system

What do you think; price per-pair, or each??

The loudspeakers will ship to stores this month at list prices of $199.99 US and $325.00 US for the LSR305 and LSR308, respectively.
    Looks very nicely done though:

Still don't see anything answering whether that's per pair or per each.

The price is commensurate with an entry level monitor of this feature level that is
"designed and engineered" (albeit not made) in the US. Once it hits Guitar Center,
or FullCompass, I'd expect further discounts... Er...

    like this: http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/LSR308
    ($250/pop vs. $325 list)

Probably the supplier in China that also makes some other decent transducers, such as some of those in the Synthesis Series.

I guess someone will have to audition them.

Wonder if Guitar Center offer a 30-day free trial??

My experience has been pretty good with GC taking returns.
Listening environment in-situ there ... no so much, but it would
be fun to see them set up.
