    Hei Morten

Pictures of the cabinet? Inner dimensions of the box? Speaker placement?

Rebuilding a pair of srx. I started with a -6 dB bass shelf in win-isd. Then modelled in hornresp. It works because the box is tall.

    2 tuning suggestions

Here you have 2 tuning suggestions, both with a 10 cm port, tuned to 52 Hz and 40 Hz, respectively. In the first case with a 2 cm deep port (which, in effect, is a hole in the front baffle), in the second case with a 5 cm deep port.

In the case of 2226H driver usage , cone displacement can be limitation parameter if not hi-pass filter applied ( say under 30Hz). I think that 2226H is not the best solution for LF driver (without horn-loading)

You won't go deep with a 2226 as it is a midbass driver, not a subwoofer. Tune the cabinet to 40Hz and give a 6db boost from 80 Hz downward. High pass at 30Hz is a good idea as there's no reason to waste power on that bottom octave that will never happen.

    A single port of 4" diameter x 2" length will tune a 120l enclosure to 40 Hz - http://www.psp-inc.com/tools.html
