The Parasound A21 is a stereo, somewhat lower power version of the JC1:

Not exactly a "budget" amp; but excellent value for what it is, and widely available both new and used.

Well, good luck. The JC1 and A21 are high-bias class AB, so they are in class A for the first 20W or so. That means that, at normal listening levels, you get most of the advantages of class A without the extremely low efficiency and high heat generation of class A. Powerful pure class A amps also tend to be quite expensive.
