    Hi Rich!

I´ll be at the Frankfurt music fair and High-End in Munich anyway.
Eve will have a booth there.

I hope I can meet the Shenzhen JBL people by chance in China. We have the same vendors...
Someone told me the designer is a German, too.
In Souzhou I have met a Focal R&D engineer by chance and we had a nice evening with a lot of red wine and stories about horn speakers.
You know, the audio branch is like a big family. You can find a lot of like-minded people.

Has anybody been in the big Shenzhen vintage/high-end shopping center? You can find a lot of old JBL vintage and other collectables there, but the prices are REALLY crazy.

It´s already late in China and my business contacts may spend their time with the family...
I try to get the address for you. It was on big the shopping main street.
This shopping center does also have the JBL/Harman store with the current retro-styled JBL monitors. I listened to all of them.
And you can buy a lot of audiohpile music there (mostly copies, ha ha....)

You are welcome! Of course I try to help and hope to find like-minded people for exchange.
I already had too many báijiu cups in China, I tell you... It´s a warm-hearted country and I love to be there.
Normally I stay in the dongguan area in total 2 months per year.
I´m often invited by foreign Chinese people at night for drinking and eating. Very funny I tell you...
More easy going culture than most of the Germans...

At my last China 3 weeks visit in September I found many JBL classics like the old Projekt K2 models, the early 1980´s 4 Way monitors, even the models with the Everest D55000 Horn. The 2447H horn combo has been 2-3 times more expensive than in Germany... Last year I noticed original Project K2 raw drivers, but unfortunately not affordable.
