Need help to rebuild DX-1 for K2 S9500

    Hello,
I respectively a friend of mine want to rebuild a DX-1 for my K2 S9500.

We have found this schematic of the DX-1 (see attachment).

Also we find the values for the S9500 cards:
    Name: s9500 x-over values.jpg
Views: 2403
Size: 143.5 KB

and an image of the cards:

    Now we have two problems.
We can not find the resistors / capacitors R107, R108 and C114 and 115 in the JBL DX-1 schematic. The simulated frequency response curve is inconsistent with the values of the resistors / capacitors.

    Can anyone help, please.

    Best regards
    Dieter

The DX-1 was originally designed for the XPL-200 hence the schematic probably shows the XPL-200 card.

Greg later expanded the utility of the DX-1 to several other systems, including the Everest II, by building different card sets.

    Hello Ruediger,

    he simulated "voltage vs. frequenzy".

    That is the aim:

For LF it is ok, but for HF the curve is very false.(I don't have this curve, he is in holidays a few days.)

    Best Regards
    Dieter

Pasadena and I both posted all the card schematics over the years and I think there are numerous threads to that effect. If you can't find them I'll have to pull them off another computer that is no longer in service and it will take me a few days to pull that hard drive. You might try searching for M9500, I believe it used the same DX-1 card style as the S9500. Use Google for your searches of this site.

If i am not mistaken the extra parts are becasue the version shown is Charge Coupled taking the + voltage off the power supply.
