Can a regular consumer buy from them or do you have to be a JBL service center. If someone like me can buy from them do I need to have proof that I own the product that I need the part for?
I specifically looking for a horn that's not available retail any more but is listed available as a part for the cinema 5000 series.
I've bought stuff from them before. It took a phone call though.
Suppose I can just call and find out, lol.
I have many times just have a part number and a credit card. They used to be excellent don't know how they are now.

Thanks Rob, I'll call them when I get back from Vacation.
I've bought pro parts shipped to my home by just calling. Hardest part was finding an online parts catalog to identify the correct PN's, and that was not that difficult.
JBL doesn't want to sell you Performance Series speakers.
