Anyone catch the interview of Harman (JBL) CEO on Fox Business News?

....he was talking some wild stuff about the future of the company..... nothing much about loudspeakers at all, however. Most of it had to do with the expansion of compressed music files that have, to date, cut off much of the high fidelity in original music recordings.

The stock has gone up around 100% recently, but it has not done much in the last 3 months.....

Every time I go to a concert now, I no longer see JBL sound reinforcement. The French company seems to be king of the hill now....

I wish Maria Bartaroma would have asked him when he is going to bring back the legacy replacement cone kits and fram kits for the guys like us. Unfortunately, this one looks like a long shot.

There is a new TV commercial from BOTH "BMW cars" and "Harman audio", which is a new one for me. I think most of their current revenue stream is from car audio.

I never thought I would miss Sidney but I do..... Jane is still on the news shows frequently but she is a supper liberal and seems out-of-touch with reality concerning Iraq, Iran, IRS targeting, etc.
