4311B or 4312 mk II Control Monitors

Hi Forum,
A complete newb here so bare with my stupidity.
Looking to purchase a set of bookshelf speakers for a future garage/mancave.
In the shop here in China, where I am, I've found a set of 4311b's in woodgrain cabinets in fair/good condition, asking app.
900usd.
As well as a pair of 4312 MK II's with blue face in VGC for around 1100 usd, bearing in mind these prices may be negotiated.
Are these suitable for my purpose, I have a Yamaha RXV-1900 to drive them, otherwise am interested in purchasing a valve/tube amp
to drive them with a turntable.
These prices tend to be a little dearer than ebay due to the limited availability and demand.
The 11's appear to be quite a bit older agewise, if I'm correct.

I would choose the 4312 mk II without hesitation. There's about 15 years of advances in network and driver design between the two.
